How our tools work
What is calculated, what is interpreted and what is not yet supported.
Released tools in version 1.0
Modern Birthstones: a curated month-to-stone lookup using widely adopted modern birthstone associations and common alternatives. Different historical and cultural traditions have different lists. No gemstones are sold by this plugin.
Chinese Zodiac Cycle: the Heavenly Stem is calculated modulo 10 and the Earthly Branch modulo 12 relative to the conventional Jia-Zi cycle year 1984. Valid input is a cycle year from 1900 to 2100. This version does not convert Gregorian birth dates to the Chinese lunar calendar or implement the Li Chun boundary.
Vastu Compass: the compass circle is divided into eight equal 45° sectors. The label comes from the sector containing the entered bearing. Readings are not adjusted for magnetic declination or local construction conditions.
Not released yet
Birth charts, ascendants, Lahiri sidereal calculations, historical Panchang calculations, BaZi and Kua calculators remain in development. We will not return guessed astronomical positions or fabricate highly precise birth-chart results.
Facts versus traditions
Astronomical positions, calendar cycles and compass geometry are technical claims that can be tested. Astrological character interpretations, divination and claims of gemstone or room-placement effects are traditional beliefs and should be described as such. Astrology is not scientifically established as a reliable method for predicting personal events or investment performance.
Privacy in initial tools
The three v1.0 tools run their lookups in your browser. Their form entries are not sent by these tools to a plugin backend. WordPress, hosting, analytics or future third-party services may separately process site usage data; the operator must publish an accurate privacy policy before launch.
